Wi-Fi excellent. Pool excellent but too much chlorine and pool closes when office closes at 9pm, which is a bummer for adults who would like to use the hot tub later in the evening. Was told this was because tent campers complain. laundry closes at 730pm with last access at 9pm. Gated access technically meant no visitors. Cable was acceptable and office staff very nice. Showers are not co-ed but very clean. Very clean park. Has putting green but not miniature golf.
Wi-Fi didn't work. Cable TV was "OK". Pool closes at "dusk" which is totally defined by the park management's discretion, and may not be actually at dusk. Park management can be rude. "game room" Games semi functional and only accessible during daytime hours.
Excellent resort for families and kids. two pools and hot tubs, (unheated) water slide!!!! Both pools are open until 10 pm although only one allows kids after 8 pm, which allows for quiet time for adults only which is also nice. There are horse stables for riding and Chuckwagon dinners on site. They have RENTAL CARS just for users of resort, although a bit pricey ($50+ a day) but well worth it. There is a pancake breakfast tent open every morning and entertainment in evenings. GREAT STAFF. Negatives: WiFi only works down in main campground/around store and it doesn't work very well in the upper portion or far reaches of the park. The laundry is a bit expensive. Cable TV is only available on premium sites, and one can't use antenna or dish away from premium sites due to mountains. I was told by other occupants of park that they were charged higher prices for less of a space, that may have been due to their location in campground? It seemed a bit odd when we heard about this issue from others at this park. It should be noted that this is the second largest KOA in the country and they do very well operating this park.
We only used this park as a late night arrival and early rise departure so we did not get to use the facilities. Wi-Fi did not work. Cable was acceptable. Resort was typical of UTAH. Had many of the typical KOA amenities, and was clean, although in a city environment.
